Introducing the team
We are a small, tight-knit team of nine enthusiasts, on the young side and full of energy. Let us introduce them one by one:
Benoit Richard

CEO
A lifelong enthusiast across a dozen different fields and the driving force behind the team, Benoit is the chairman of Harmonia, the company that runs All Cool, and the boss of everyone here.
Keeping things restrained when it comes to stories about the boss, we will simply say that, in another life, Benoit very nearly became a sommelier.

Sales Manager
Christophe heads up sales as well as purchasing. He has been part of the All Cool team since the very beginning of the adventure.

In his very first week at All Cool, Chris spilled his coffee over his laptop. His first pay packet therefore went on replacing it. He is still every bit as addicted to coffee.

Sales
A solar energy engineer by training, Julien is naturally the team's energy specialist when it comes to product testing.
Tester (speciality: air conditioners)
A few years ago, Julien took part in installing solar panels at the "Princess Elisabeth" scientific research station, on the Antarctic continent.
Gilles Caron
Gilles Caron
Communications & Partnerships
Gilles is in charge of the group's communications, and he is also the person who keeps in touch with our various retail partners.
Tester (speciality: compressor cool boxes)
Gilles is a motorsport fan. A seasoned driver, he competes in rallying and has several off-road expeditions to his name, in 4x4s or vans, mostly in Africa and South America.

IT & UX
The team's resident geek. Pierre is our IT expert, and looks after anything even remotely connected to it, with UX as his speciality.

Born with a keyboard in his hands, Pierre is the company's all-round IT problem solver. His curse, naturally, is having to repair the kit everyone brings him in turn, as happens to every IT specialist. A fan of online games, role-playing games, comics and Star Wars, Pierre is the very picture of the nerd, and that is part of why we love him.
Yoni Marchal-Laporte

Traffic manager & writer
Yoni was the last to join our team. Since 2017 he has looked after traffic acquisition and writes a good number of our product pages.

An inspiration to all his colleagues, as talented and modest as he is brilliant: you will have guessed that I am the one in charge of writing every team member's profile.
Guillaume Hoarau

Content manager
The group's adventurer, Guillaume looks after the editorial side and the content on our site. He therefore works mainly with Yoni.
Tester (speciality: all categories)
His nickname comes from a pronounced fondness for a certain beer we will not name, though those in the know will have no trouble guessing. "16" is the team's explorer: a fan of wild camping, trekking and outdoor activities in general, which lets him test a lot of our products in real, sometimes extreme, conditions.

Customer service & order management
Dawid is the person who handles after-sales service and order administration in our team, and has done so since 2015.
Tester (occasional)
We all reckon here that Dawid prefers chocolate to just about everything else. The team lives in fear of the day he leaves us for a sweet shop.
Hanne Lindberg

HR & accounts
The most senior member of the team, Hanne is also the only woman here so far. Always ready to listen, she looks after the company's administrative side and everything to do with human resources.
Hanne is Swedish and has lived in France for a dozen years. She speaks excellent French, but does occasionally mix up words, which has been the source of several fine misunderstandings and a good deal of laughter in the office.
