The JISULIFE 3-in-1 quickly earned a spot in our travel bag this summer. The power bank function proved the most useful day to day: a phone at 8% at the end of a festival day, and a few minutes of charging was enough to make it home. The fan itself does the job without dazzling: fine on low speed, more noticeable on high, though we'd have liked more than two speed settings when other models offer dozens. The built-in flashlight came in handy more than once while camping. On size, the unit tucks into a pocket easily at 124 g, and the three configurations (pocket, handheld, desk) are well thought out. The downside: airflow stays modest compared with a dedicated turbo model, and real-world battery life on the highest setting falls well short of the claimed 19 hours. A solid all-rounder for anyone happy with that trade-off.

I tested it over several properly hot days, standing on my desk and then worn around the neck on a walk into town. On speeds 4 and 5, the airflow genuinely surprises for such a compact unit: the brushless motor pushes a clean, noticeably stronger stream of air than most handheld fans I have handled before. The 180° folding hinge changes daily use in a real way: laid flat, it becomes a proper desk fan without me having to hold it, and worn around the neck with the adjustable lanyard, it frees up both hands on a walk. The LED screen showing battery level is a nice touch, always useful to know where you stand before the next charge. Battery life holds up on low speed, easily covering a whole evening, but it drops noticeably once you push the higher settings. The one real downside after several outings: noise becomes fairly noticeable on the top two speeds. For such a compact 3-in-1 fan, the Bearwind Turbo 4000mAh remains a convincing pick whenever you want genuine airflow rather than a decorative breeze.
