In detail: JISULIFE 3-in-1 Fan with Power Bank

The JISULIFE 3-in-1 Portable Fan answers a very concrete summer need: cool you down, rescue a dying phone battery and light your way in the dark, all from one device that fits in a pocket. Its built-in 2000 mAh battery powers a small fan able to run up to 19 hours on the lowest setting, more than enough to cover a festival evening, a train journey or a full day of sightseeing in the heat.

Its second function, the backup battery, makes it a genuinely handy travel companion: connect your phone to the output port and the unit turns into a top-up power bank, useful at a concert, on a cruise or during a long trip far from an outlet. The third function, a built-in LED flashlight, rounds out the toolkit for night outings, camping trips or a power cut.

On ergonomics, the housing folds into three configurations: fully closed for pocket storage, opened to 180° for handheld use, or extended to 270° to stand upright on a desk like a small table fan. This versatility, combined with a modest weight of about 124 g and dimensions of 120 x 40 x 36.6 mm, makes it easy to carry anywhere: handbag, backpack, cabin luggage.

Charging is simply done via USB cable, with no special charger to carry. Two fan speeds let you adjust the airflow between discretion and power, with a noise level measured at around 48 dB that stays perfectly tolerable for everyday, on-the-go use. The ABS shell holds up reasonably well to the small knocks of daily life in a bag.

Its main limitation is having only two speeds, less adjustable than some rivals that offer dozens of steps, and an airflow that remains modest compared with turbo models. But for anyone after a clever, multi-function, reliable summer gadget, the JISULIFE 3-in-1 ticks the right boxes at an accessible price.

In short, the JISULIFE stands out for its backup power bank function, a genuine plus for anyone who also wants to rescue their phone on the go, in a lighter housing. The Diveblues focuses entirely on airflow power and speed granularity, at the cost of a slightly heavier build and shorter battery life under heavy use. The JISULIFE 3-in-1 quickly earned a spot in our travel bag this summer. The power bank function proved the most useful day to day: a phone at 8% at the end of a festival day, and a few minutes of charging was enough to make it home. The fan itself does the job without dazzling: fine on low speed, more noticeable on high, though we'd have liked more than two speed settings when other models offer dozens. The built-in flashlight came in handy more than once while camping. On size, the unit tucks into a pocket easily at 124 g, and the three configurations (pocket, handheld, desk) are well thought out. The downside: airflow stays modest compared with a dedicated turbo model, and real-world battery life on the highest setting falls well short of the claimed 19 hours. A solid all-rounder for anyone happy with that trade-off.
