In detail: Diveblues Turbo 4-in-1 Fan
The Diveblues Mini Portable Turbo Fan bets on raw power and versatility to stand out from ordinary mini fans. Its brushless copper motor, rated at 6700 RPM, pushes an airflow measured at 7.4 metres per second, finely adjustable across 100 speed steps, from the gentlest breeze to the strongest blast.
The housing folds to 180° to offer four usage configurations: a classic handheld fan, laid flat on a desk thanks to its stable base, worn around the neck with the included lanyard for hands-free use, or folded up to slip into a pocket or bag. This versatility makes it just as suited to a desk as to public transport, camping, or long summer walks.
Its 3600 mAh battery, rechargeable in about 2.5 hours via USB-C, delivers up to 12 hours of runtime on low speed, and about 3 to 3.5 hours in full turbo mode, a sensible trade-off for a unit that prioritises power. An LED display constantly shows the chosen speed and battery status, a real plus for planning your next charge.
The quality ABS build, certified Global Recycled Standard for its share of recycled materials, includes an automatic shutoff if the blades meet an obstruction, a reassuring feature for use near the face or at a child's height. The package includes a USB-C cable, an adjustable neck lanyard and neat gift-style packaging.
Its main limitation is naturally battery life in turbo mode, quite short given the power delivered, and noise that rises noticeably at higher steps. But for anyone after a real gust of air rather than a decorative breeze, in a still-foldable, portable format, the Diveblues Turbo 4-in-1 delivers on its promise at a very reasonable price.

Comparison
The Diveblues Turbo 4-in-1 and the JISULIFE 3-in-1 regularly come up together in searches for multi-function mini fans, around queries like "Diveblues or JISULIFE" or "best powerful pocket fan". Here is how the two units compare, based on each manufacturer's published specifications.
| Criterion | Diveblues Turbo 4-in-1 | JISULIFE 3-in-1 |
|---|---|---|
| Functions | Handheld / desk / neck / foldable fan | Fan + power bank + flashlight |
| Speeds | 100 speed steps | 2 speeds |
| Airflow | Up to 7.4 m/s | Not published |
| Battery life | Up to 12h on low speed (3600 mAh) | Up to 19h on lowest setting (2000 mAh) |
| Observed price | ≈ £25.49 | ≈ £22.99 |
In short, the Diveblues wins clearly on airflow power and speed adjustment finesse with its 100 steps, a real argument for anyone wanting a serious airflow in peak summer. The JISULIFE still holds its own thanks to its backup power bank function, absent on the Diveblues, and a slightly lighter build. For a use case focused mainly on pure cooling, the Diveblues remains the more convincing choice.

Our tester's verdict: Benoit Richard
The Diveblues Turbo stands well apart from typical mini fans: from the first speed steps, you can feel the brushless motor has plenty in reserve, and in turbo mode the airflow is genuinely surprising for such a compact unit. The 100 speed steps let you fine-tune intensity, a rare luxury on this type of product usually capped at 3 or 4 settings. Being able to wear it around your neck with the included lanyard proved handy at festivals, hands free for a drink or a phone. The LED display, unobtrusive, makes it easy to keep an eye on the battery without surprises. The main downside: in turbo mode battery life drops fast, barely 3 hours, and noise becomes clearly noticeable. On low speed, though, it comfortably holds its claimed 12 hours. A great pick for anyone who prioritises power over discretion.
