Fitted at a client's home who wanted Daikin's reliability without paying for the Perfera range. Once the outdoor unit was mounted and the line run, setup happened straight from the app, no separate WiFi card to add like on older Daikin models, a genuine time-saver for me on site. In the client's 22 m² living room, the temperature dropped from 30 to 22°C in about twenty minutes, and the noise level I measured on my phone sat around 44 to 46 dB(A), matching the manufacturer's figures. The electrostatic filter was already visibly catching more dust than the old unit it replaced, a clear difference by the first clean a month later. My only gripe with this model: fan-only mode, handy in shoulder seasons, doesn't offer as fine a speed adjustment as cooling mode does. For a client after solid Japanese engineering without the premium price tag, this is a model I recommend without hesitation.
