In detail: KIMMOO Turbo 3-in-1 Fan
The KIMMOO Turbo 3-in-1 Mini Fan is built for anyone who wants real airflow in a pocket-sized unit, not just a decorative breeze. Under its small housing sits a three-phase brushless 6-blade motor rated up to 20,000 RPM, said by the manufacturer to be up to 3 times faster than an ordinary mini fan, delivering airflow of up to 8 m/s.
That power can be dialled in precisely thanks to 100 adjustable speed steps, from the gentlest breeze to the strongest gust, and a built-in digital display constantly shows the selected speed as well as the remaining battery level, a handy reference so you are never caught off guard.
Its rechargeable 3600mAh battery promises up to 12 hours of continuous runtime on low speed, and charges via USB, compatible with a computer, a power bank or a car charger. The housing folds to 120°, switching between configurations in one motion: a classic handheld fan, standing upright on a desk for extended use while working or applying makeup, or worn around the neck with the included lanyard for hands-free use at a festival, on a walk or on public transport.
This 3-in-1 format makes it a versatile summer companion, equally at home on a desk or in a travel bag. Users consistently praise the genuine power of the airflow delivered, well above standard mini fans limited to 3 or 4 speeds.
Its main limitation follows logically from that power: noise levels climb noticeably in the higher speed steps, a trade-off most turbo fans of this compact format accept. At low or medium speed, however, the unit stays perfectly discreet for desk or nighttime use. For anyone after real airflow rather than a decorative gadget, in a housing that stays compact and easy to carry, the KIMMOO Turbo 3-in-1 delivers on its promises at a price that sits within the usual range for its category.

Comparison
Priced around £20 to £30, the KIMMOO Turbo 3-in-1 regularly comes up against the Diveblues Turbo 4-in-1 in searches like "KIMMOO vs Diveblues" or "most powerful mini turbo fan". Here is how the two units compare, based on each manufacturer's published specifications.
| Criterion | KIMMOO Turbo 3-in-1 | Diveblues Turbo 4-in-1 |
|---|---|---|
| Speeds | 100 speed steps | 100 speed steps |
| Motor speed | Up to 20,000 RPM | 6,700 RPM |

| Observed price | ≈ £19.54 | ≈ £25.49 |
In short, the KIMMOO clearly wins on claimed motor speed and airflow, a genuine argument for anyone after the strongest possible breeze in this compact format, and it is currently the cheaper of the two on this market. The Diveblues does offer an extra foldable pocket configuration the KIMMOO lacks. For a use case centred on raw airflow power, the KIMMOO Turbo 3-in-1 is the more convincing choice.

Our tester's verdict: Benoit Richard
The KIMMOO Turbo 3-in-1 struck us right away with how much more air it moves than a standard mini fan: from the first speed steps, you can feel the motor has real reserve, and at full speed the airflow is genuinely surprising for such a compact unit. The 100 speed steps let you dial in the intensity precisely, from a quiet desk to a break in full sun. The neck lanyard proved handy on walks, hands free to carry a bag or a camera. The digital display, easy to read even in daylight, avoids the nasty surprise of a flat battery. Over time, battery life broadly held to the claimed 12 hours on low speed, but drops noticeably faster once you push into the higher steps. The main downside: past the halfway mark of the speed range, the noise becomes quite noticeable, best kept for outdoor use rather than a quiet room. The fold-out design stays practical day to day, with no play or fragility after several weeks of regular use. A very good pick for anyone who values airflow power over discretion.
