On the practical side, the AIRPOP insulation held its claimed 24 hours with standard ice blocks filling around a fifth of the volume, a decent showing for such a light cooler (1.3 kg empty). The lid turned table tray proved more of a gimmick than a must-have day to day, but stays fun for an impromptu picnic. The leather strap, adjustable to three positions, carries the load well once loaded, without ever becoming a real comfort highlight over a long distance.
